News: Important Upcoming Server Upgrade Notification: July 27-28

We hope this message finds you well and ready for some exciting news!

This weekend, from Saturday, July 27th to Sunday, July 28th, we’ll be performing some major upgrades on our Firefly server. ????

What’s Happening?

• We’re upgrading the Operating System.


• We’re increasing the capacity of some of our hard drives.

During this period, your websites will be offline for about 3-4 hours max. This means no access to file manager, websites, or your Direct Admin control panels. We kindly ask that you refrain from making any changes to your websites during this time, as they might not be saved.

But don’t worry! We’re working hard to minimize the impact on your email service. We’ll queue all incoming mail to be delivered as soon as the service is back online.

Our support team will be available via tickets at https://clientzone.nivacity.com. And just to make sure we can focus on the upgrades without distractions, our phone lines will be unavailable. We know some of you might still try calling, but we’ll pretend we didn’t hear the phone ring. ????
