News: Web Hosting Price Increase Notification effective 30/09/2026

Hello NivaCitizens

Effective 30/09/2026, our hosting prices are going up.

So starting from 30/09/2026, the monthly prices will be:

Standard Web hosting
- Starter: $2.45 (currently $1.95)
- Intermediate: $4.45 (currently $3.95)
- Deluxe: $6.95 (currently $5.95)
- Ultimate: $13.95 (currently $11.95)

Reseller hosting
- Starter: $11.00 (currently $10.00)
- Essential: $18.00 (currently $16.00)
- Professional: $28.00 (currently $25.00)
- Business: $39.00 (currently $35.00)
- Enterprise: $50.00 (currently $45.00)

For most of our clients, that is the price of a cup of coffee a month. A modest cup. Not one of the ones with a name.

What this means for you

- The new price applies from your first renewal on or after 30/09/2026. Nothing changes before then.
- If you are on a custom package or a custom price structure, we will contact you separately with your new pricing.
- Domain registration and renewal prices are not affected.
- Your plan, resources, features and support stay exactly the same.

Want to keep your current price a little longer?
If you prepay for 12 months before 30/09/2026, you keep your current rate for the whole year. Log in to your Client Zone at https://clientzone.nivacity.com, open your service and switch the billing cycle to annual, or reply to this email and we will arrange it for you.

Thank you for hosting with us. Five years without a price change is a long time, and we are grateful to every client who stuck with us through it. If you have any questions at all, reply to this email or open a ticket and a real person will get back to you.

Kind regards,
The NivaCity Team
